Each city coordinates their own volunteers for a variety of tasks involving individuals, families, businesses, other non-profits and faith communities which may include:

  • Assisting with the installation of a neighborhood orchard,

  • Assisting a community with orchard care, including mulching, weeding, and watering,

  • Helping a neighborhood thin their fruits in the spring or harvest their crop in the fall,

  • Helping staff care for the Giving Grove tree nursery.
